How to Submit the MTCN?
When you choose to pay with Western Union, please follow these 6 simple steps as below:
Step 1
Before you visit your local Western Union branch, please remember to take you and My M•A•C receiver's identification with you such as order# and payment amount (variable), My M•A•C receiver’s full name and address (constant).

Step 2
Write down your order#, payment amount, M•A•C receiver’s full name and address on the "Send" form and make the payment via Western Union. You will then get a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number).
Step 3
Log into “M•A•C” and select the “Your Order” option on the “Active Orders” page, you will see a list of orders that have not been paid through My M•A•C payment system.
Step 4
Find your order which is already paid by Western Union and select the order to submit your payment information.
Step 5
On the payment page, by clicking the “Western Union” button, the MTCN Submit Form will be displayed (see below).
Step 6
Fill in the MTCN Submit Form and press the “submit” button. Your payment will be confirmed by macMakeupshop Financial Department in 24 working hours after payment received.
